An experienced chef is heading the team of cooks with good taste in their hand.

The Front Office is a face of Hotel hotels. The Front Office staff is in constant contact with guests, and has the most challenging operating experiencing within the hotel.

Ideal Front Office professionals are passionate about customer service. They look to make the guests comfortable while they are away from home, whether they are traveling on business or for fun. The front office staff should have an instinct that allows them to anticipate needs of the guest and exceed expectations all the time. The front Office staff should have excellent communication skills, pleasant personality, and work diligently to satisfy the guest need.   2. I got a brother who took up HRM and he ended up having a career in No.2 Food Production. Back when he was still in college, he was able to try all aspects and he made a choice where he fits best. ;)

  3. Way back in college, I want to be a Restaurant Manager, but today I want to be an entrepreneur or an owner of my own business. More work opportunities for the students this time because they have lots of work to choose from.
